DOJ Lawsuit Against the State of Arizona

Last week, the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the State of Arizona to halt the enforcement of SB 1070, which is set to be implemented on July 29. Earlier this year the ACLU, MALDEF and the National Immigration Law Center, filed a similar suit citing the unconstitutional nature of Arizona's Immigration Law. Tonight, DAN POCHODA, Legal Director of the ACLU of Arizona joins us to discuss both lawsuits and what's to come in the fight against SB 1070.
